A polyglot fluent in seven languages and a former student-athlete at Rice University, Alexander combines hands-on expertise in machine learning with a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication. Under his leadership, MasterWord delivers seamless, tech-driven solutions to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, hospital systems, and NGOs—consistently upholding the highest linguistic standards across healthcare, energy, and government sectors.
Alexander also plays a pivotal role in preserving and advancing indigenous languages. As a key figure in the Mayan Languages Preservation and Digitization Project, he has powered the development of Mayan language keyboards for Google and Microsoft platforms and is spearheading the creation of the first Neural Machine Translation (NMT) model for Q’eqchi’. In his dual role at MasterWord, he not only oversees AI integration and solution development but also ensures excellence in service delivery by directing a dedicated team of project managers.
