As a member of the United Nations Global Compact and Texas Businesses Against Trafficking (TBAT), we align our practices with the highest standards to ensure a zero-tolerance policy towards human trafficking in our supply chains and corporate operations as well as zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on corporate networks and devices.

We recognize the devastating effects of modern-day slavery and are committed to creating systemic change by fostering ethical business practices that protect individuals worldwide.
MasterWord employs cutting-edge technology to uphold our zero-tolerance policy on human trafficking and child exploitation. Our partnership with NetClean ensures that we are proactive in detecting and preventing the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on all corporate networks and devices. NetClean ProActive works by detecting CSAM, defined by law enforcement, and assists in identifying, reporting, and addressing the consumption of such material. This tool is critical in helping to protect children and combat criminal activity related to exploitation.
Through these measures, we contribute to a safer digital environment while supporting the global fight against human trafficking. Our governance policies mandate that all employees, contractors, and suppliers are fully aligned with these principles, ensuring a united front against exploitation.

MasterWord is committed to providing trauma-informed services and has launched training and tools for language professionals as well as trauma-informed providers who work with language professionals to foster a partnership that creates an environment conducive to healing and avoid re-traumatization of victims and survivors.
MasterWord supported the production of the second documentary of this initiative to raise awareness about human trafficking through monetary contributions and donating transcription and translation services.
Ludmila Golovine, President and CEO of MasterWord, has been volunteering for and supporting various projects to inspire, promote, and develop solutions to end sexual abuse, exploitation, and violence against children, particularly those related to stopping the exploitation of minors online.

Ludmila Golovine, in her role as President of MasterWord, is a member of the Survivor Services Committee where she collaborated on the development of Guidelines for the Provision of Interpretation and/or Translation Services for Trafficked Persons and Survivors.
