According to the United Nations, almost every country is affected by human trafficking. As an international company, MasterWord has supported a number of organizations and initiatives to increase awareness and reporting, protect and support victims, and stop this global ailment.
MasterWord is committed to providing trauma-informed services and has launched training and tools for language professionals as well as trauma-informed providers who work with language professionals to foster a partnership that creates an environment conducive to healing and avoid re-traumatization of victims and survivors.
MasterWord supported the production of the second documentary of this initiative to raise awareness about human trafficking through monetary contributions and donating transcription and translation services.
MasterWord actively supports this organization. Ludmila Golovine, in her role as President of MasterWord, is a member of the Survivor Services Committee where she collaborated on the development of Guidelines for the Provision of Interpretation and/or Translation Services for Trafficked Persons and Survivors.

Ludmila Golovine, President and CEO of MasterWord, has been volunteering for and supporting various projects to inspire, promote, and develop solutions to end sexual abuse, exploitation, and violence against children, particularly those related to stopping the exploitation of minors online.
MasterWord has supported this organization which aims to end sex trafficking through prayer, awareness, intervention, and restoration by providing volunteer translation services.
MasterWord’s President and CEO, Ludmila Golovine, served on the Board of Directors of the Rothko Chapel. The Chapel has been taking an active stand in the fight against Human Trafficking and has conducted multiple events and programs focused on global sex trafficking.
