VRI connects you to our interpreters to facilitate communication with limited-English proficient, Deaf, or Hard of Hearing individuals. No special equipment is required. Email [email protected] for login credentials. 

MasterWord can accommodate requests for interpreter services using your preferred video conferencing or mobile chat platform or application, such as Zoom, MS Teams, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Google Duo, and others.

*When requesting written translation, please provide the following information:

  1. Your name and contact information
  2. The date and time you need the translation completed
  3. The language(s) you need the document translated into
  4. Submit this information in Form 4101 Request for Translation Services (Note: Form 4101 must be approved by the supervisor and Regional Director/District Director)
