Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead, plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies to support MasterWord’s digital channels, brand, and sales goals.

Status: Full-time

Reports to: Director of Communications

General Duties

  • Manage and maintain MasterWord’s visual brand, brand voice, and identity
  • Develop and execute a yearly digital marketing strategy
  • Set marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Produce and edit marketing-related content as needed
  • Strategize with other departments increase leads, improve efficiency, increase ecommerce revenue, among other initiatives.
  • Track sales data and works to meet sales team goals (Salesforce)
  • Manage all website activities, SEO, create landing pages, and perform updates, backups, etc.
  • Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  • Create and presents regular performance reports for executives
  • Partner with social media manager to help with social media marketing, planning, scheduling, posting, and branding.
  • Develop excellent working relationship and management of venders, copywriters, and content developers
  • Other duties may be assigned

Required Qualifications

  • SEO Optimization
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Content marketing
  • Preferred experience working with Salesforce campaigns
  • Proficient in Adobe’s Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), WordPress and web design best practices, Microsoft Office, MailChimp & Constant Contact, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Preferred proficiency: Elementor Pro Gravity Forms, Adobe XD and/or Figma/XD/InVision, Google Analytics and associated platforms, platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, among others
  • Preferred knowledge with camera, video and audio recording equipment, production and publishing workflows
  • Best practices accessibility regulations and policies, mobile optimization, content management and creation, A/B testing, and data analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual/multilingual is a plus



  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia/Visual Communications, Digital Media, or closely related field; or equivalent experience.
