Video Remote Interpreting is a service that allows our clients to connect to our interpreters to facilitate communication with limited English proficient, Deaf, or Hard of Hearing individuals. Video Relay Services provides Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals a means to receive phone calls. During a VRS call, only the Deaf or Hard of Hearing individual will see the interpreter. Additionally, since VRS interpreters interpret any potential call received by the Deaf or Hard of Hearing individual, it is difficult for them to specialize in a single subject matter.
