If a needed language is not listed in the table above or if you need the listed language outside of the on-demand schedule, please contact us at 346-252-7688 (text or call) to pre-schedule the service on a short notice. Based on your preferences, interpreter can be available via a telephone conference call, Zoom or MS Teams virtual meeting. 
 
Please note once you request an appointment with an interpreter, keep your phone where you can see and hear it to ensure you receive communication from our service coordinator in a timely manner. Once an interpreter is secured, a MasterWord service coordinator will send you a conference bridge number and a conference ID to dial to be connected with an interpreter or provide instructions on how to connect with an interpreter via a virtual platform.

  • Location at Ft Bliss EIS (for example, Case Management, Medical Tent, Intake Tent, etc.)
    • For interpreting requests from Case Management, please provide your table number and your Team Lead’s name
