Position Summary:

MasterWord Services is looking for a reliable, results producing sales representative to develop new and existing business for Translation, Interpreting Services, Training & Assessments and other product lines at MWS. He/she identifies their own leads & business opportunities, manages the sales process from beginning to end, and ensures successful sales activities. He/she has a proven and verifiable track record of developing and closing business opportunities.  He/she has high energy, creativity, and a fun personality. He/she possesses diverse experience in driving revenue through sales & marketing, as well as a desire to work in a fast-paced environment and highly competitive industry.


Key Accountabilities:

Client acquisition

Organizing and coordinating sales activities

Reporting on pipeline & status of pending accounts

Exercising excellence in customer service

Providing departmental administrative support

 Job Duties:

Directly reporting to the Director of Operations and  management team with delegated daily tasks

Develops and implements a sales and marketing plan to promote products & services

Works within budget to launch marketing/sales campaigns through various outlets

Performs administrative tasks related to lead generation

Conducts initial sales calls with leads and those requesting additional information

Nurtures leads through the set up process until they become hot leads and turns them into clients

Assists in preparing reports, spreadsheets and presentations, keeps and archives meeting minutes

Performs occasional after-hours support based on business needs

Takes an active interest in the success of each project in particular and company in general

Represents MasterWord Services at conferences/exhibits and professional organization events

Other duties as assigned on as needed basis

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in a second language (spoken and written) – preferred .


Minimum Education & Experience Level:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3+ years of related experience in the language industry
