Documents in excess of 1 standard page are quoted based on the number of words in the original document. These documents need to be sent to us for review in order to receive an exact quote.
1 standard page has up to 250 words.
Yes. MasterWord certification is provided as a Notarized Affidavit. It can be provided in English only or in a bilingual format (English and a language the document was translated from/to).
Our standard certification has been historically accepted by various organizations, including government, educational, and healthcare among others. However, certification requirements may vary. We ask that you inquire regarding specific details about certification from the requesting organization.
We will e-mail the electronic copy to you. We can also mail the paper copy of the translated document(s) and a certification page to you (additional fees may apply).
We accept credit cards. We will provide you with a link to make a secure payment before we start translating your document(s).
Translation turnaround time depends on the number of pages, language combination, complexity, etc. Personal documents, such as birth, marriage, and death certificates, driver licenses, and other one standard page documents, are usually completed within 1 – 3 business days. Turnaround for longer documents can be quoted upon request. Rush services are available.
